ICAO Innovation Fair 2025 “Global Horizons: Inclusive Innovations for Aviation”

The ICAO Innovation Fair 2025 will be convened by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) from 21-22 September 2025, immediately prior to the 42nd Session of the Assembly, in Montréal, Canada.

Building upon past editions of the event, the theme of the ICAO Innovation Fair 2025 will be “Global Horizons: Inclusive Innovations for Aviation”. The Fair will allow for representatives of States, international organizations, industry, private sector, academia, civil society organizations, United Nations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to have substantive conversations on innovation in aviation and how it contributes towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and, as such, improving society at large.

The Fair will feature a series of panels during which expert participants will be invited to promulgate, discuss, and help guide the implementation of the ICAO Policy on Innovation. The panels will focus on the role of innovation in supporting ICAO’s Strategic Objectives at global, regional and State levels, in line with the ICAO No Country Left Behind initiative, while promoting an environment where innovation in aviation can flourish in all ICAO regions. An exhibition area will showcase a range of new technologies and ideas that are being applied, or have the potential to be applied, to aviation.
